we also need a break. Our service department will not be available from 23.12.2022 - 12:00 a.m up to and including 01.01.2023. You are welcome to send us your wishes, questions or suggestions by fax (+49 911-75209229) or by e-mail (service@bruder.de). We will answer them as soon as possible after our company holiday.
Of course, you can still order spare parts and toys via our online shop. However, we ask for your understanding that orders will only be processed and dispatched again from 02.01.2023 onwards.
Please also note that for technical reasons, payment by credit card will unfortunately not be possible from 19.12.2022, but all other payment options will be available to you. Payment by credit card will be available again from 02.01.2023.

Order processing for Christmas
In order to give you planning security for your Christmas orders, we can guarantee that all orders reaching us by 18.12.2022 will be handed over to our dispatch service provider by 20.12.2022 at the latest. Orders received after this date will also be processed.
However, we do not guarantee delivery before Christmas Eve.
